So the time has come for a change and for one reason or another you're looking to sell your shared ownership home.
- You're entitled to sell your home at any time. While you need our permission to do this, it's not because we'll refuse your request. We just need to know because we are legally required to do a few things.
- We have to give you a conditional consent letter. We usually do this within five working days of your request and then you can take this to your estate agent and solicitor.
- As well as estate agent and conveyancing fees, you will have to pay us a £90 property enquiry fee. This document supplies information customers need to know as a buyer of the property.
