How to make a request

£500 a year towards general repairs.

If you're reading this page, something must have gone wrong in your home, so we don't want to cause any more added stress. We've made a simple form for you to fill in to make your request - scroll to the bottom of this page, pop in a few details and that's one thing to tick off your list!

You must submit a form before you have the repair done, as we will only consider retrospective claims where the repair has been completed already if it's a genuine emergency.

What we'll need to know

  • Tell us as much information as you can about about the issue.
  • Upload a photo to show the problem.
  • Provide a quote from a 'TrustMark' registered professional. TrustMark is a 'Government Endorsed Quality Scheme' meaning that all businesses in the scheme have been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards, and have made a commitment to good customer service.

Examples of types of repairs covered

If your repair is or isn't listed below, this isn't a guaranteed yes or no. It's best to submit your claim for us to assess.

  • Boiler (excludes servicing).
  • Heat pump.
  • Hot water cylinder.
  • Panel heater.
  • Radiators.
  • Electrics (such as lights, sockets, doorbell, extractor fan not working).
  • Plumbing issues, leaks and blockages (such as leaking tap, low water pressure, toilet filling up).

Make a repairs request

This form is only to be used by shared ownership customers who own a shared ownership home at either Central Avenue, Northampton or Stanley Street, Somercotes. 

Please use this form to either make a request for a general repair, provide evidence for a completed repair we've already approved or to make a claim for a repair already fixed due to an emergency.

If making a request for our approval for a repair, you must have got a quote from a TrustMark approved provider.
