We've been shortlisted for our successful retrofit works in the 'Best Local Authority or Social Housing Retrofit Programme' category at The Retrofit Academy Awards 2023.
This is the second nomination for the same project, which just shows how much hard work has gone into improving the energy efficiency of our customer's homes over the last couple of years.
Did you know...
- Just under 120 homes have had either external wall insulation or solar PV panels so far
- All upgraded homes were rated Energy Performance Certificate band D-E, and now all are EPC C and above
- One customer who had solar panels installed saved £92 in one month

The awards ceremony takes place in London on Tuesday 7 March. This coming Friday is the date for the Building Community Awards, so we hope we'll have some further good news to bring you over the next week.
