We're pleased to announce we've been nominated for a 'Collaborative Working' award at the national Building Communities Awards 2023.
It's for our joint efforts on energy improvement works made to both our customer homes and private homes in Amber Valley, with Amber Valley Borough Council and Westville LTD.
The works were funded by the Local Authority Delivery scheme and has so far meant almost 120 homes has received free solar panels.
Darren Lewis, Asset Surveyor at Futures, said: “It’s really nice to be recognised for the work we’ve done on this scheme. The project has had its challenges, but we’ve overcome them, and it’s resulted in us delivering a good project. The feedback at all levels has been positive, so this nomination is nice to have it confirmed we’ve done a good job.”
The awards ceremony takes place in Leicester on Friday 3 March, good luck team Futures!
