We're a not-for-profit housing association that's been providing affordable homes and supporting people across the East Midlands for over 15 years. Our vision is Providing quality homes and services for better futures. We have more than 10,500 homes extending from Derbyshire down to the Daventry area and beyond.
We help our customers through a range of services designed to help them live well and independently. This includes offering money and employment advice and providing extra support to older customers and those with special needs.
